The space
The Moscada space is perfect for a romantic dinner, a meeting with friends or a family reunion, to relax and enjoy great joyful and happy moments. In our cozy and warm interior we have opted for natural, noble, elegant, and at the same time comfortable materials, so that each corner and each table has its privilege and charm.
Menu and winery
Creating the Moscada menu, we combine seasonal ingredients with traditional and innovative culinary techniques. We start with exquisite starters and tartares followed by our delicious rice dishes and tempting desserts, among others. Our menu represents Mediterranean cuisine with an original traveling spirit, with a lot of flavor and careful attention to details. We avoid fried foods and fats, giving priority to slow cooking, and we have a wide variety of sauces and stews from our own recipes that will surprise the palate. The careful selection of local wines perfectly complements each culinary creation.
